Out of Hours Case Worker

Midlands Simon Community are currently hiring a Out of Hours Case Worker cover the counties of Laois, Longford, Offaly and Westmeath.

The Out of Course Case Worker will respond appropriately to the needs of individuals sleeping rough, or who are in need of support outside of normal business hours in an outreach capacity. Conduct interventions with individuals experiencing homelessness by providing them with basic supports, information and advice. Work from Trauma Informed Care model.
