Payroll giving Payroll giving is a very simple and effective way for employees to make regular payments to a charity directly from their salary. Many companies match employee gifts and donations. This is a great incentive to fundraise for Midlands Simon within a company and allows us to fund homeless services and provide much need support for individuals and their families across the region.
